The challenge

People looking don't know yet if they need it.

People arrive with a question: trouble paying attention, a suspicion of ADHD or autism, falling grades, forgetfulness. They don't know whether their case calls for an assessment, or how one works.

Without that answer, the assessment feels expensive, long and distant, and people stay unsure instead of booking.

What I did

I answered the question before asking for the booking.

Right at the start, the page explains when an assessment makes sense and lists the situations it is recommended for, in the words of the people living through them.

Then it walks through the 4-step process, from the first interview to the feedback session, and what the assessment helps identify. Daiane's background, testimonials and the three offices with a map follow.

Navy and gold with a serif typeface set a premium tone. The light background between sections keeps the reading easy.

What changed

From doubt to assessment, in a single read.

Daiane now has a page that explains the assessment before the first contact. People who arrive with a suspicion leave knowing whether it makes sense to seek help, how the process works and which office to visit.

I designed the landing page interface. The site was developed by Publimed.
