Visual identity for an agro-extractivist association in Amapá
Identity for the Sementes do Rio Araguari agro-extractivist association, from Porto Grande in Amapá, which makes natural products such as copaiba soap.

A forest product that needed to be recognised outside the forest.
The association works with raw materials from the forest, made by agro-extractivists and riverside families living on the banks of the Araguari.
To sell beyond the community, the products needed a brand that felt careful and showed where they come from.
The initial, the leaf and the seed in a single symbol.
The symbol combines the initials with the shape of a leaf and a seed. The name wraps around it like a seal.
The palette comes from the forest, with tones for leaves, nature, calm, delicacy and energy. A pattern built from the symbol completes the system.
A brand ready for the product, the shop and the market stall.
The association now has an identity that tells where each product comes from and shows the care of the people who make it.
The circular seal works on a small label as well as stamped on kraft paper, a simple way to apply the brand to any material.
I delivered the symbol, palette, typography, pattern and applications: the copaíba soap label, stationery, T-shirt and tote bag.
