Ads for a finance outsourcing firm
Gestão 360 runs the finance department for other companies and has its own management platform. I designed their ads on two fronts: payment automation and outsourcing the finance department.

Finance is something business owners tend to put off.
People who see the ad are scrolling, not looking for a finance outsourcing firm. And the service is hard to show: there is no product on a shelf, just spreadsheets, reconciliations and bills to pay. If the ad talks about that in technical terms, people scroll right past.
There was also no way to know in advance which argument would catch more attention: wasted time, cash flow or simplicity. Betting on a single message would have been a guess.
I turned each argument into an ad that can be tested.
For payment automation, I set up three headlines: “Stop losing time on manual processes”, “Fully automated payments” and “Automate payments and simplify financial management”. Each one got two visual styles: one with the real platform on a laptop and tablet, which shows the product, and one with an hourglass and a clock, which talks about time without having to explain it.
For outsourcing, the main ad puts the offer on the table: the starting price, the list of what is included, from receivables to cash flow, and a button to book a meeting. The other two focus on the benefits: seeing where the money goes, and having a team of specialists looking after costs.
The ads were made for feed and stories, the outsourcing ones also in light and dark versions, and the brand purple highlights only the word or button that matters in each ad.
Gestão 360 now has options to test, not a single bet.
With the combinations of message, image, format and colour, the campaign can run several versions at once and keep the one that works best, without asking for new artwork at every change.
And anyone who clicks the offer ad already knows what they are signing up for and the starting price. The meeting starts with an informed person, not with “how much does it cost?”.
