A website for your clinic that patients understand and book from
I'm Lorena Brito, a web designer. I design websites and landing pages for clinics, private practices and healthcare professionals, built so people who find you on Google or Instagram understand what you do and get in touch. I work remotely, with clients in Brazil and abroad.
Why do so many people visit and never get in touch?
People looking for a clinic usually arrive with a worry, sometimes about someone in their family. If the first screen talks about excellence and compassionate care but never says who the service is for or how to book, that person goes back to Google and opens the next result.
So I build the page around the questions patients bring, not around the list of services. On the first screen they should already know:
- who the service is for, in words they would use;
- who will see them;
- how to book, without hunting for the button.
Everything the website needs to work for you.
From the first message to a live website.
- ConversationYou tell me about your practice, who you see and what isn't working today.
- DirectionI organise what we discussed and show you the plan for the page, explaining the reason behind each choice.
- First versionYou see something concrete early on, which makes it easier to say what you like and what to change.
- RefinementsWe review it together and I refine it calmly, within what we agreed in writing.
- LiveI publish the website, set up Google and the metrics, and hand over your logins, organised.
No promises of results.
Healthcare professions have their own advertising rules. I write and build the page with them in mind: no before and after photos, no promise of a cure and no lines like "the best treatment". You review everything before it goes live.
It helps patients too: clear information builds more trust than promises.

How much does a website for a clinic cost?
It depends on the size of the project. A single landing page costs less than a website with a page for each specialty. After a short call, I send a written proposal with price, stages and timeline, with no commitment.
How long does it take?
As a reference, a landing page takes 1 to 2 weeks and a full website 3 to 6 weeks. The exact timeline is agreed before we start and also depends on how quickly reviews come back.
Do you work with clinics outside Brazil?
Yes. I live in Macapá, in northern Brazil, and work online with clients in other cities and countries. Everything is agreed in writing and we talk by call or message.
Do I need the copy ready?
No. You tell me how you work, who you see and the questions patients ask most. I turn that into copy and you review it.
Will the website show up on Google?
I deliver the website set up to be found: titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap and Google Search Console. Nobody can guarantee the top spot, and it's worth being wary of anyone who does. What I can do is make sure Google and AI search tools understand your service.
Does it work with online booking and WhatsApp?
Yes. If you already use an online booking tool, the button goes straight there. If patients book through WhatsApp, the message arrives with a ready-made text they just need to send.
Can I edit the website after launch?
Yes. We choose the platform beforehand, based on what you need to update. You get your logins organised and 3 months of direct support from me.
Do you also design the visual identity?
I do. If your practice doesn't have a logo, colours and usage rules yet, the brand and the website can be created together, so everything looks the same on Instagram and on your business card.
Already have a website that doesn't bring patients?
Send me the link. I'll take a careful look and tell you, without jargon, where people are giving up and what to fix first.
